"Chris Booth has been my State Farm agent since I was a Junior in Undergrad at U of I. When I first brought my vehicle to school with me, I got a bunch of online quotes for coverage. I originally started a policy with Progressive, but less than an hour after I started that policy I received a call from Chris. He talked me through what coverages they could offer which turned out to be above the minimum required and was actually less expensive for me with a Student discount. I made the switch to State Farm and 7 years later I’m still as happy as I was the day I switched. Chris is a nice guy and hires the best people to join his team. They’re always pleasant to talk to and willing to help. And they always answer the phone! (Hard to say that about some businesses) If you have the opportunity to work with Chris to handle your insurance needs, I promise it’ll be one of the best decisions you could’ve made."

"I am a long term client of State Farm through Chris Booth's office. He and his staff have been incredibly helpful to me. Here are some examples: I had a damaged roof from hail, and Chris made sure I got the coverage I needed. It required some persistence on his part, I believe because I had originally underestimated the problem. I have been known to miss payments because of being too busy to get through my mail. His office staff will call or text me, let me know that a payment is due and take info by phone. This has been incredibly helpful to me. Recently I got a letter from state of Illinois, saying there was unclaimed property because of a check State Farm sent to me that I never cashed (probably my issues with getting to mail or a mix up in addresses because of moving). I called and talked to Tammy in the office, who did some digging and found that yes indeed I am entitled to that check from 2018 and she got it reissued. If you want good customer service, go to Chris Booth State Farm."
